About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving patient traffic, building strong relationships with corporate organizations and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), and expanding the Centre’s healthcare network and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient volume and brand visibility.
- Identify, target, and secure partnerships with corporate organizations, HMOs, insurance companies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HMO representatives and corporate clients.
- Drive corporate healthcare contracts, referrals, and patient acquisition.
- Develop strategies to increase utilization of the Centre’s clinical and diagnostic services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging healthcare trends.
- Represent the Centre at corporate meetings, health fairs, conferences, and other relevant events.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop marketable healthcare services and packages.
- Monitor marketing activities, leads, referrals, conversions, and revenue, providing regular performance reports.
- Manage digital and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen the Centre’s brand and reach.
- Develop and maintain a database of corporate and HMO contacts and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience working with HMOs, corporate organizations, insurance companies, or healthcare providers.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, secure partnerships, and drive measurable business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
